Let us just suppose (another rabbit hole) that dimensions/densities and consciousness are connected. That what appears in our density as simple rock could be an actual functioning machine in a different dimension. That items, places, things in this dimension that look like one thing, when seen from say, the 5th dimension, are something else, and that if we could find the right altered state of consciousness to view them in it would be a simple thing to just look and see what they did.
Supposedly these different states of vibratory existence exist on top of and intertwined with our physicality, but we do not perceive them because of our consciousness lock at this frequency we are all sharing. Old mythos states that not only a different world, but different peoples all exist at the same time and loci as us. Meaning were we able to shift consciousness just a bit we could perceive these people and their world. I do think this is happening as we begin to shift our vibratory rate. I have seen it happening in people I know. Specifically people whose learning style is visual. As their dominant perceptive/learning tool opens up, they are beginning to see another world intertwined/transposed with this one. To them, shadows are all over the place, moving, existing, and changing, as if seeing another place through a glass darkly.
There has, of late, been bits and pieces of information floating around to suggest that we have found some of this interdimensional tech. Corey Goode mentions it in Episode 6 of Cosmic Disclosure:
CG: This ancient builder technology is so far beyond even what most of these fourth/fifth density ETs that we’re dealing with in some of these meetings that we’re having, these conference meetings. They’re so far beyond them technologically, that some these beings want to get their hands on this technology. It is multi-dimensional technology, some of this technology looks like a slab, but the technology is operating on other dimensions. So, it looks like a simple slab of rock, but its operating system is dimensionally/density shifted, meaning were you able to perceive at that frequency, you could see the operating system. People have been able to see other entities when their abilities have been altered:

Solomon was given a multidimensional device that allowed him to 'see' beyond our dimension/density:

The point of this rabbit hole is to show that it IS possible that anchored here in our limited physical reality unbeknownst to us are myriads of things that have an operating range outside of what we can perceive that are actual machines - in our definition of machine, meaning that they do something. That said, Gobekli Tepe, along with countless other sites on this earth, mostly originating from megalithic or pre megalithic times, do have a function beyond what we can perceive and thusly utilize.
A good example of this is Pumapunku where the huge disarray of manufactured stone blocks of such a high degree of accuracy and technology stump all who look at them.
We see the same thing at Tiwanaku, Ollantaytambu, not only in the megalithic style of stone construction, but also the artifacts and statues have a hauntingly similar style. (Similarities in building = similarities in mind set…)
I would venture a guess that all these sites are connected not only by the type of stone masonry they employ, but also by a network of instantaneous communication and transportation by a series of portals employing a technologically based consciousness model we have no concept of at this time. I do think that just maybe, Gobekli Tepe is one such place, but with an extension, in that not only could you move from place to place on earth, it also had off world portals to other planets. Cygnus being the first 'jump' in a series of connected jump gates to places around our local star cluster.
When the earth moved, or changed its axial tilt by whatever means, a natural disaster, or event of some sort, these places became misaligned and no longer worked, further they were partially destroyed by said cataclysm - they no longer work. Further, we no longer work that way either. As the frequency of the earth changed due to its new alignment, so did our frequency, thus our ability to see and understand these places has changed. What we are left with are the remnants of a worldwide civilization that had technology vastly different from ours that we cannot understand because our frequency and resonance has drastically changed.
